Welding Shop Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.50 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Supervise daily welding and fabrication operations
- Train and support team members to meet production goals
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance are maintained
- Coordinate workflow and communicate across departments
- Monitor productivity and address any issues on the floor
Welding Shop Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous experience in welding (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand fabrication processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
