Description
Production Lead
We are seeking a Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations in our circuit board production environment. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for helping coordinate production activities, supporting operators, maintaining workflow, and assisting with safety, quality, and output goals. The Production Lead serves as a working leader on the floor and helps ensure production runs efficiently, issues are communicated quickly, and established processes are followed.

Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
• Support the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily production activities
• Lead and assist production employees during day-to-day circuit board manufacturing and assembly operations
• Help ensure production schedules and daily output goals are met
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and production needs on the floor
• Train and support team members on work instructions, procedures, and quality expectations
• Help identify and communicate production issues, material shortages, equipment problems, or quality concerns
• Assist with troubleshooting basic production problems
Production Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Prior leadership, lead, or team coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
