Production Lead
Production Lead needed for a manufacturing company in Morenci, MI. The position is on 2nd shift and is a temp to direct opportunity.

Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Performs all mold changes and supports color changes, if needed, within cell including robot set-up, line set-up, and start-up of machines.
- Performs checks on presses and tooling at the beginning of the shift.
- Troubleshooting and processing of machinery.
- Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies, responsible for cleanliness of shop floor and work area.
Production Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Able to obtain a forklift license.
- Minimum of 6 months of injection molding experience.
- Experience changing dies and molds in a plastic setting.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends if scheduled.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
