Forklift Driver Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and stage lumber and building materials
- Move materials such as lumber, plywood, trusses, drywall, and construction pallets
- Inspect materials for damage, verify counts, and follow work orders
- Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all safety and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and assist with general material handling tasks
Forklift Driver Qualifications:
- Previous forklift driving experience required, preferably in a lumber yard or building materials environment
- Experience handling lumber, plywood, drywall, trusses, or other construction materials
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong attention to safety, reliable attendance, and dependable transportation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
