CNC Lead 2nd shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
42.00 to $ 47.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Lead and oversee daily workflow, quality checks, and scheduling
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Program, edit and optimize CNC machines using Mastercam
- Troubleshoot machining issues, tooling problems, and setup errors
- Assist with training and onboarding of new machinists as the swing shift team is established
CNC Lead 2nd shift Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mastercam and SolidWorks software programs
- Strong CNC operating and setup skills with 8+ years of experience
- Minimum 2 years in a Lead or Supervisor role preferably on swing shift
- Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and machining specs
- Knowledge of precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers
- Looking for someone with approximately 5–10 years remaining in their career prior to retirement, to provide stability and continuity in the role
- Wage will include a $3 shift differential
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
