HR Generalist Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $35.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure HR compliance
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Partner with staffing agencies to secure top talent while managing costs
  • Oversee recruiting spend and job postings
  • Support payroll processes including FMLA, drug screens, unemployment, and workers’ comp
  • Coordinate performance management and support leadership with employee development
  • Assist with compensation decisions, pay increases, and wage structure

HR Generalist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 3+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • 10-key proficiency (by touch)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
