HR Generalist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure HR compliance
- Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations and disciplinary actions
- Partner with staffing agencies to secure top talent while managing costs
- Oversee recruiting spend and job postings
- Support payroll processes including FMLA, drug screens, unemployment, and workers’ comp
- Coordinate performance management and support leadership with employee development
- Assist with compensation decisions, pay increases, and wage structure
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist experience required)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- 10-key proficiency (by touch)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
