Great summer job with strong earning potential! We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Field Hands. This is a seasonal, full-time position with plenty of overtime opportunities, and some Saturdays may be required.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position working with a solid crew, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being out in the field rather than behind a desk.

Seasonal Field Hand Details:
Temporary position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
Wash season typically starts in late April and can run through September, with the opportunity to stay on full-time after the season ends. No experience necessary — we provide on-the-job training. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working with a solid crew, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being out in the field rather than behind a desk.
• Wash and clean large industrial air coolers on-site
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs in the field
Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Gain hands-on experience with industrial equipment and field work
Seasonal Field Hand Qualifications:
• Previous shop or mechanical experience
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Experience operating manlifts or similar equipment
Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License are required!
