Seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join a metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision metal parts according to specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

CNC Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, plasma cutters, or laser cutters) to fabricate metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Load raw materials and monitor machining processes for accuracy and consistency Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality standards are met
- Make basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
CNC Operator Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Familiarity with common CNC controls is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, heat, metal materials)
- Forklift or overhead crane experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
