Crib Attendant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $23.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Monday through Sunday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)

• • Purchase products and services for production and the main office, ensuring they conform to specified requirements, offering the highest quality, lowest total costs, on-time delivery, and proper quantity.
• Administer the INFOR maintenance system for the facility.
• Perform comprehensive data entry.
• Manage the complete process for purchase orders to obtain required items or services.
• Proactively follow up on all purchase requisitions to confirm orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure on-time arrival.
• Research and identify necessary parts for various departments, initiating orders as required.
• Manage and oversee the MRO crib, strictly adhering to established inventory control methods and best practices.
• Administer the DSSI and other purchasing systems.
• Act as a primary liaison between management and external vendors providing essential goods and services.
• Responsible for ensuring timely payment to vendors.
• Prepare and generate key reports, including cost summaries, crib usage statistics, and maintenance activity summaries.
• Maintain meticulous retention of reconciliation reports, invoices, and purchase orders for audit and historical purposes.
