Seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics on 3rd shift at Amy's Kitchen to perform routine equipment and facility repairs while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards!

Maintenance Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( 09:00pm to06:30am )
- Perform routine repairs and service on equipment and facility.
- Minimize production downtime due to mechanical reasons through quick response.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and procedures such as lubricating, cleaning, adjusting, etc.
- Develop mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills with guidance from the Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanic 1, or Maintenance Manager.
- Assist in running services to new or relocated equipment (air, water, electrical).
- Learn packaging equipment setup and changeover including fine tuning and necessary adjustment.
- Follow lockout/tag out safety procedures during service and repair.
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, additional technical training is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and practices in mechanical repair.
- Basic carpentry and electrical skills and ability to learn equipment setup/changeovers.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak season or as business needs arise.
- Ability and knowledge of welding is required
- Proficient with a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to complete basic math, algebra, and geometry calculations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and/or Spanish.
