Starting pay is $17 and above depending on experience.

CNC Laser - 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:30pm )
- Set up, program, and operate CNC laser machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards (GD&T)
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety and production procedures
CNC Laser - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
- 2+ years of CNC laser operation and programming experience
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Experience with GD&T and precision inspection tools
- Ability to work with different metals and materials
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with laser programming (NCELL is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
