We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Furniture Delivery Associate on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent temp-to-hire position.

Furniture Delivery Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Work Monday-Friday with some possible Saturday work as needed
- Safely and efficiently deliver & assemble a variety of furniture pieces, including sofas, sectionals, & mattresses, within customer residences.
- Perform all deliveries as part of a two-person (or more) team, ensuring safe handling & placement of items.
- Utilize available tools & methods to lighten loads & facilitate deliveries, such as removing reclining sofa backs for easier transport.
- Engage with customers professionally & courteously, providing minimal customer service during in-home interactions.
- Assist with the receipt & unloading of incoming furniture shipments at our warehouse facilities.
- Support warehouse operations by helping to manage & optimize space within our storage areas.
Furniture Delivery Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds as part of a team lift (heavy lifting involved, always a team effort).
- Fluency in English (read, write, & speak).
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Must have updated resume
- Must complete a pre-scheduled client interview
- Previous experience using hand tools for assembly or repair.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices.
- Prior experience as a loader or in a general warehouse environment
- This role involves working in customer homes & warehouse settings.
- It requires physical stamina & a commitment to safe lifting practices.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
