Production Operators Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Assemble solar panel components according to specifications.
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Production Operators Qualifications:
- Previous solar panel experience a plus
- warehouse production experience required.
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Clean background required.
- Ability to work 12-hour PM shifts. (including weekends if needed)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
