Property Maintenance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
- Painting
- Drywall Patching
- Minor electrical work
- Cleaning of facilities between renters
- Grounds maintenance
Property Maintenance Qualifications:
- Experience with home renovations
- Drywalling
- Ability to use basic tools and read a tape measure
- Minor electrical experience
- HVAC helpful
- Clear background
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
