A large?scale Nevada gold operation currently upgrading its processing plant, including a full autoclave rebuild. The site will act as a regional hub, taking in ore from several underground mines and boosting long?term production capacity

Process Laborer Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to05:00pm )
- Operate and assist with crushing, screening, grinding, and material-handling equipment.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas by shoveling, sweeping, and removing debris.
- Monitor material flow and promptly report any equipment issues, irregularities, or safety hazards.
- Support plant operators with basic equipment inspections, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks.
- Load, unload, and move materials or supplies using hand tools.
- Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth plant operations.
Process Laborer Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the site.
- Current Surface MSHA certification required.
- Must wear steel-toe boots and comply with all PPE requirements.
- Ability to stand and perform physical work for 8–12 hour shifts.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50lbs safely.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced mining environment.
- Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks to support plant operations, including material handling, cleanup, and equipment support.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
