Quality Technician
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Quality division in the Bladder Department. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring production conditions, inspecting products, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met throughout the tire manufacturing process.

Quality Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 11:00pm to07:00am )
- Climb ladders to take and record temperature readings during production
- Use measuring instruments to check materials and ensure specifications are met
- Perform physical inspections of products to identify defects or quality issues
- Accurately document inspection results using basic computer systems
- Stand and/or walk for most of the shift while working independently and with a team
- Exposure to heat and noise typical of a manufacturing setting
Quality Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or quality experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and climb ladders as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
