Client Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm)

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing troubleshooting, answering inquiries, and monitoring order statuses, changes, and shipping delays
• Interact regularly with the Purchasing Manager regarding receipts, purchase orders, pricing issues, and lead time concerns
• Collaborate with the Plant Planner to manage order flow and expedite urgent requests
• Process sales and work orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer parts revisions and date changes for existing orders
• Invoice shipped orders promptly and accurately
• Distribute customer prints to authorized production personnel or scan them into Master Document files for company-wide access
• Build and maintain master files for new client parts
• Answer incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual as needed
• Perform various typing and filing duties to support administrative functions
• Open, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail
• Initiate contact with customers regarding delinquent payments, adhering to company policies
• Correct error logs for production employees' daily time and task entries
• Evaluate and update client forecasts to support production planning
