Branch Manager
We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead staffing efforts and drive sales performance. This role is responsible for hiring and coaching employees, managing schedules, and ensuring the branch consistently meets sales goals.

Branch Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
48,500.00 to $ 55,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Sunday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Staffing & Team Leadership
- Recruit, interview, and hire branch employees
- Build and manage weekly schedules
- Ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Coach and train employees to improve performance
- Set clear expectations and hold staff accountable
- Complete performance reviews and corrective actions
- Support employee engagement and retention
- Sales & Performance
- Drive branch sales and meet monthly goals
- Ensure high-quality customer service
Branch Manager Qualifications:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong background in staffing, scheduling, or sales
- Proven ability to coach and develop employees
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
