HR Generalist Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $30.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

About the job role :

We are seeking a HR professional to join our Utah team. In this role you will be a foundational member of the team to help grow the organization and build out the HR infrastructure. This person will work closely with HRBPs and other internal functions to ensure employees have seamless experience with People systems and processes. Provide HR support for manufacturing leadership and employees Partner with the Lab leadership team and cross-functional departments. Streamline existing administrative operations (employee records, internal databases) Create, iterate, and have ownership of site HR policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal (e.g. recruiting) and external (e.g. insurance vendors) partners. Ensure legal compliance in HR-related issues. Serve as the site frontline point of contact by providing information, addressing employee questions, and resolving issues about HR-related matters. Manage Leaves of Absence, Accommodation Requests, etc. 

HR Generalist Qualifications:

What We're Looking For5+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar position. Ability to build rapport and serve as a trusted partner to site leadership and employees, influence and drive HR strategic actions and inclusive culture. Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies and processes. Experience in managing HR investigations and leading site level Employee Relations actions. Thorough knowledge of and experience applying relevant legal/compliance regulations.
