Inside Sales & Customer Support Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to03:00pm )
- Conduct outbound sales and retention/upselling calls
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Maintain consistent follow?up with prospects and customers
- Accurately represent products and services
- Build rapport while identifying customer needs
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and communications
Inside Sales & Customer Support Qualifications:
- Prior inside sales or customer support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage daily activity targets consistently
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance?focused environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
