Forming Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to12:00am )
The Forming Operator ensures efficient brake pad production by operating machinery, maintaining production flow, and meeting quality standards. This role includes handling materials, troubleshooting equipment, and following safety protocols in a team environment.
Forming Operator Qualifications:
1.Prior experience in Machine troubleshooting
2.High School Diploma or equivalent.
3.Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
4.No felony convictions in the past 7 years.
5.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
6.Comfortable wearing full-body protective suit and respirator as required.
7.Ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production standards.
