Kitchen Lead Details:
Temporary position- $
12.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and minimize waste to keep kitchen running efficiently
- Create staff schedules, coordinate shifts, and ensure smooth back-of-house operations
- Oversee food presentation and quality, ensuring every dish meets standards
- Train and support kitchen staff while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Thursday 5pm-11pm, Friday 4pm-2am, Saturday 7pm-2am, Sunday 3pm-9pm
- Pay will increase after 30 day training period
Kitchen Lead Qualifications:
- 2+ years kitchen leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen operations, and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and maintain high-quality food presentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and meet all local health certification requirements
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
