Forklift Operator / Material Handler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Safely operate forklifts to move pallets of mulch, soil, and landscaping materials throughout the facility and yard.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are stacked securely and accurately.
- Supply production lines with required materials and remove finished goods for staging or storage.
- Complete basic documentation, follow inventory procedures, and communicate material shortages or issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all equipment and safety guidelines.
Forklift Operator / Material Handler Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience preferred; certification is helpful but not always required.
- Ability to operate sit down forklifts safely while handling heavy or uneven palletized materials.
- Must follow all safety procedures and be comfortable working in outdoor or dusty production areas.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
