Customer Service Representative - 1st Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
- Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and support.
- Listen attentively to customer needs, identify solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold company service standards.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Customer Service Representative - 1st Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related customer-facing role.
- Exceptional English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Strong data entry skills, including alphanumeric data entry, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic phone demeanor.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and quickly learn new software.
- Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
