Payroll Coordinator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $21.00 to $22.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule for hourly and salaried employees
  • Review and enter timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with payroll adjustments, deductions, and basic reconciliations
  • Support payroll tax filings, garnishments, and benefit deductions
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Payroll Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of payroll or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
  • Basic understanding of payroll laws and regulations
  • Comfortable working in a routine, deadline-driven environment
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
