Maintenance professional needed to handle building repairs, inspections, and HVAC system upkeep.

HVAC Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- $20-$22/hour DOE
- Perform minor facility repairs, including painting and drywall repair
- Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, including filter changes and unit maintenance and troubleshooting
- Complete basic plumbing tasks such as cleaning P?traps and changing fixtures
- Replace light sockets and light fixtures as needed
- Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of building interiors
- Assist with water heater replacement
HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience
- Must be HVAC certified. Candidates without this experience will not be considered for the position
- Previous experience installing and repairing flooring preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
