Part Time Medical Customer Service Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Wednesday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with various health care insurance providers.
Part Time Medical Customer Service Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year administrative, receptionist or front desk experience required.
- Medical terminology or health insurance processing preferred.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on care and service.
- Team player who enjoys working in a supportive, positive environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
