Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Set up and operate press or production machinery according to job specifications and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Conduct routine visual inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Load raw materials and safely handle finished products throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and production procedures
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operating, or metal stamping experience is a plus
- Ability to read basic work instructions and follow safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
