Shop Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
55,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00am )
- Supervise day-to-day workshop activities including assembly, machine maintenance, welding, coating, and galvanizing activities.
- Plan and prioritize workload based on production schedules, service orders, and customer commitments.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and materials are available to support uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor productivity and labor utilization to meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Supply Chain to manage parts availability and job sequencing.
Shop Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, service, or industrial workshop environments.
- Experience supervising welders and assembly personnel.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
