Powder Coater Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday )
- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, or blasting
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns
- Operate curing ovens routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Record production data using a tablet
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading parts, and other general shop duties as needed
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- $18-24/Hr Based on Experience
Powder Coater Qualifications:
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods - up to 10-hour shifts
- Steel-toe shoes are required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of consistent general labor experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with powder coating equipment and techniques
- Clear criminal background
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
