Guide Shop Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Assist with general labor tasks including material handling and moving equipment within the shop
- Support production by grinding, scraping, and preparing components for processing
- Help set up and maintain tools and equipment as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Guide Shop Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
