HR Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, fostering a positive work environment, and managing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.

HR Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
85,000.00 to $ 100,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Supervise HR Staff: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with job postings, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, grievances, and conflicts. Resolve workplace issues and provide conflict resolution support in alignment with company policies.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and corrective actions. Provide training on performance management best practices and assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and recommend development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure that HR practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and assist in policy updates.
- HR Administration: Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR software systems, and processing payroll-related information.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention rates, and recruitment progress. Provide insights and recommendations to senior HR leadership.
- Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
HR Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and payroll software
