Customer Care Spcialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00am to06:00pm )
- Order Processing: Handle incoming customer communications via phone, email, fax, and web orders.
- Accurately place orders for customers and the sales team. Process dropship vendor orders, including Infab and Allergan.
- New Account Setup: Guide customers through account setup, including verifying DEA/medical licenses, validating addresses, and confirming residential or commercial status.
- Account Follow-Up: Take a proactive sales approach by identifying customer needs, understanding top products, and building lasting relationships.
- Problem Solving & Support: Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, manage returns, and file shipping claims with FedEx.
Customer Care Spcialist Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, technical support, or customer care role preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and competitors is a plus.
- Strong customer service and telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite, Miva, and Pacejet preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
