Mechanical Assembly Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
79,040.00 / annually Second Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 02:00pm to01:30am )
- Supervise and lead night shift mechanical assembly teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Coordinate daily staffing, assign work, and support team leads and technicians on the floor
- Train, coach, and develop employees while enforcing safety policies and production standards
- Perform hands-on mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and quality checks as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production on schedule and adapt to changing priorities
Mechanical Assembly Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma required with 10–15 years of hands-on production or construction experience in mechanical assembly, structural framework, siding, doors, and related building components
- 5–10 years of supervisory experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production, or construction-based environment
- Proven experience assembling structural frameworks and Frame CAD wall assemblies on skids
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs
- Hands-on experience installing siding, windows, metal panels, roofing, door assemblies, panic hardware, insulation, and exterior trim on modular buildings, skids, and E-houses
- Ability to measure, cut, trim, bend, and install materials according to specifications
- Experience performing quality checks to ensure mechanical integrity and compliance with regulations and customer specifications
- Skilled in identifying and resolving engineering and fabrication defects
- Experience designing, building, and erecting shipping split walls
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and apply effective supervisory techniques while enforcing safety, quality, and production standards
