POSITION: Amazon Kitting Team LeadREPORTS TO: Ecommerce Operations SupervisorJOB SUMMARY: Under general direction, the E-commerce Kitting Team Leader works to maintain the production of kitted products for sale to the e-commerce industry. Count product quantity and ensure order accuracy. Assist in enforcing all company policies, warehouse and security procedures, and safety and occupational regulations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:?Ensure kits are assembled according to the team’s daily goal.?Inspect team’s work consistently; ensure quality work practices are maintained within the team.?Guide and assist the team in maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation, including beginning and end-of-day cleaning.?Visually inspect all items before the kitting process begins.?Maintain accurate inventory counts.?Organize, stock, and maintain inbound materials.?Create outbound shipments for kitted items.?Maintain production levels by coordinating with a designated warehouse associate.?Work with the warehouse supervisor to train incoming associates.?
Experienced Kitting Team Lead position Qualifications:
- Team Lead /Supervisory experience
- Kitting experience required
- Solid work history
- No criminal background
- Pass drug screening to include THC
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
