MIG Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
- Fabricate metal products by welding, cutting, and shaping materials based on technical drawings or customer-provided samples
- Operate and maintain a variety of electric and pneumatic power tools, including grinders, sanders, needle guns, drills, saws, and metal shears
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of welds to ensure quality, integrity, and adherence to standards
- Set up and adjust welding machines efficiently according to the specific type of material being welded
MIG Welder Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience as a MIG Welder, with demonstrated proficiency in welding mild steel and stainless steel.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in the operation and maintenance of common hand and power tools used in metal fabrication.
- Strong visual inspection capabilities for identifying weld defects and ensuring quality.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts) and repetitively lift up to 75 pounds.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
