Paint Line Supervisor
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Powder Coating Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our powder coating operations.

Paint Line Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 08:00pm to06:30am )
- Third Shift Premium: $2.00/hour
- Lead and supervise the powder coating team to ensure production targets are met with precision and quality.
- Oversee the preparation of surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and masking using hand tools and power tools.
- Manage materials handling processes, including loading and unloading parts with forklifts and cranes.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of powder coating equipment, including airless paint spraying systems.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify finish consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Implement safety protocols related to industrial painting, welding, machining, and fabrication activities.
- Coordinate with other departments such as fabrication, assembly, auto body repair, and auto painting to streamline workflow.
Paint Line Supervisor Qualifications:
- Supervisor Experience (minimum): 6 - 12 months.
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on industrial or auto painting processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, machining, welding, and auto body repair techniques.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, cranes, power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and airless paint sprayers.
- Familiarity with materials handling procedures within a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes.
- Prior leadership experience in a production or manufacturing team is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments are essential.
