Scalehouse Operator
A Chobani Scalehouse operator acts as the primary contact for drivers, responsible for weighing cream/whey tankers and trucks.

Scalehouse Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
- Weighing & Logistics: Weigh incoming and outgoing tankers, entering load information accurately into SAP, and scanning bills of lading (BOL).
- Safety & Security: Monitor site surveillance cameras, conduct perimeter checks, and manage gate access for drivers.
- Communication & Documentation: Interface directly with truck drivers and yard spotters; prepare reports on incidents, spills, or security issues.
- Documentation: File paperwork physically and electronically; update dock door schedules.
- Facility Upkeep: Apply ice melt to scales and walkways during winter.
Scalehouse Operator Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (SAP experience is highly valued).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with drivers and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety (GMP) guidelines.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
