Part Time Receptionist
We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Receptionist to support the daily administrative and front-office operations of a busy car dealership!

Part Time Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Tuesday throughSaturday from 09:00am to02:00pm )
- Process and file DMV paperwork accurately and on time
- Manage purchase orders and related documentation
- Handle cash transactions, credit card receipts, and prepare deposits
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Assist with general office duties, including uploading auction photos as needed
Part Time Receptionist Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or office experience preferred knowledge of DMV processing or filing preferred
- Comfortable with cash handling and financial paperwork
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems such as multiline phones
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Great customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
