Call Center Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers via phone and email.
- Business professional delivery of all communications, verbal and written.
- Provide quotes and accurate product information to customer inquiries.
- Accurately process inquiries and product orders via computer systems.
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English is a plus.
- Must type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Must have basic computer knowledge and use it effectively (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Solutions oriented with strong, creative critical-thinking skills.
- Able to troubleshoot, problem solve, make logical decisions, and set priorities.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
