We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to support the build and assembly of complex industrial equipment

Mechanical Assembler Details:

Assemble shot blasting equipment, reclaimers, dust collectors, and related sub-assemblies using blueprints, schematics, and written procedures
Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
Inspect and test finished products and sub-assemblies to ensure quality standards and functionality requirements are met
Identify and report material shortages, discrepancies, or documentation issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with company safety standards
Follow established processes while exercising sound judgment and independent problem-solving when needed

Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines strongly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical assemblies
Experience using a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices
Must supply own commonly used hand tools
