Production Tool Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Conduct complex calibration procedures on measurement instruments to ensure precision and adherence to industry standards
- Lead small-scale metrology projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project goals effectively. o
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members on metrological techniques and problem-solving strategies
- Develop and implement quality control protocols to maintain measurement accuracy and reliability across operations
- Analyze measurement data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports to support informed decision making
Production Tool Inspector Qualifications:
- Expertise in precise measurement methodologies and applications
- Proficient in developing and executing calibration protocols for various instruments
- Skilled in analyzing complex measurement data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Implementing and maintaining quality control standards in measurement processes
- Managing measurement projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Solving complex measurement related issues through innovative approaches
- Previous experience with CMM programing
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
