The job will require being outdoors in all weather conditions. Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and we would prefer to have someone with forklift/heavy equipment or trailering/ yard experience•Organizing and maintaining the lot, ensuring efficient use of space for boats, trailers, and customer vehicles.•Moving and positioning boats and trailers safely and efficiently using various equipment.•Assisting with the detailing and cleaning of boats, making sure they sparkle for our customers.•Performing light maintenance tasks around the property to keep things looking great.•Greeting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, directing them as needed.•Supporting our sales and service teams with lot logistics and boat movement.•Ensuring a safe and orderly environment for both staff and customers.What We're Looking For:•A strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.•Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.•Comfortable operating various types of equipment (training provided if needed).•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.•Ability to lift and move objects as required.•A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team
