Quality Control Specialist Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 28.00 / annually First Shift
- Perform quality inspections on finished control panels and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Conduct point-to-point wiring verification, continuity checks, and functional testing
- Validate builds against electrical schematics, BOMs, and engineering documentation
- Ensure compliance with UL508A standards and internal quality requirements
- Identify defects, document findings, and support corrective actions
- Maintain quality logs, inspection records, and audit documentation
- Assist with rework and collaborate with production to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement efforts and quality standard enforcement
Quality Control Specialist Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in control panel assembly or quality inspection
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with electrical testing tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with UL508A, NEC, or NFPA standards preferred
- Knowledge of pneumatics, VFDs, or industrial automation systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and reporting skills
- Comfortable working with systems up to 480V and following PPE/safety protocols
