AutoCAD Detailer - Structural Steel Manufacturing Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Produce detailed canopy and structural steel drawings using AutoCAD based on concepts, specs, and engineering data.
- Revise drawings based on customer feedback, engineering changes, or production requirements.
- Prepare shop fabrication drawings, templates, and CNC router/drill line programs as needed.
- Communicate with engineers, estimators, and project managers to meet project timelines and requirements.
- Submit preliminary drawings and required project forms to customers or contractors for approval.
AutoCAD Detailer - Structural Steel Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High school diploma or GED required; drafting or CAD coursework/certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and ability to create detailed structural or fabrication drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to revise drawings based on engineering or customer changes.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
