Site Superintendent Details:
Direct Hire position- $
75,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing millwork projects at different job sites throughout the country. You will collaborate closely with project managers, production planners, subcontractors, and installers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. This role requires extensive travel, flexibility, and a strong ability to adapt to various work environments.
Site Superintendent Qualifications:
-Provide on-site supervision and leadership for millwork projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
-Coordinate with project managers, production planners, subcontractors, and installers to ensure timely delivery and installation of millwork components.
-Conduct regular site inspections and field measurements to identify and address any issues or potential challenges.
-Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report updates to the project management team.
-Manage and supervise a team of millwork installers, ensuring proper training, performance evaluation, and adherence to safety protocols.
