Paint Line Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.25 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30pm to06:00am )
- 3rd shift 7:30pm-6:00am (MUST train on 1st shift -Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm and Friday 6:00am-2:30pm).
- Operate and monitor automated powder coating equipment, ensuring optimal application and finish quality.
- Efficiently load and unload parts and materials onto the paint line, adhering to production schedules and part specific handling procedures.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as specified to ensure proper adhesion and finish.
- Perform visual and functional quality inspections on finished products to meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Execute minor assembly tasks and part preparation as required within the production line flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all housekeeping and safety protocols.
Paint Line Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
- Experience with paint application and/or previous paint line experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Steel Toes required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
