Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate production equipment and follow safe manufacturing practices.
- Package, stack, and prepare finished materials for shipment.
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout each shift.
- Support the team with additional tasks to meet production goals.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- No diploma or previous manufacturing experience required - we’ll train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn different tasks or machines.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
