Parts and Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding parts and service needs
- Assist customers with parts identification, availability, and ordering
- Respond to service-related inquiries and schedule technician appointments
- Input and maintain all service calls within SAP/service module
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using SAP/service module
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales department, Tech support, Finance department, Procurement, and Warehouse operation) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide product and service information with professionalism and clarity
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and long-term relationships
Parts and Service Representative Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with customer service, inventory and order management systems
