Powder Coater Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Clean, sand, blast, and mask parts (using plugs/tape) to remove impurities and prevent coating on specific areas.
- Operate spray guns and electrostatic equipment to apply powder coatings evenly, adhering to mil thickness specifications.
- Monitor conveyor systems, set curing temperatures, and manage oven times to ensure proper adhesion.
Powder Coater Qualifications:
- Previous industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing experience is usually required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, read work orders, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Understanding of powder types, baking requirements, and equipment settings.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
